PRESS: Zarubezhneft may invest in oil, gas projs on shelf of Oman

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Russian oil and gas company Zarubezhneft is discussing investments in oil and gas projects on the shelf of Oman, Kommersant business daily reported Monday citing sources.

The company is in talks on entering the block 8 that is currently fully owned by state Musandam Oil and Gas Company, the daily reported. Analysts estimate this project at up to U.S. $40 million. Norway’s DNO and Korea’s LG left the project in early 2019.
